About the Conference
The International Conference on Knowledge, Information and Creativity Support Systems (KICSS) provides an international forum for researchers, practitioners, and educators to exchange ideas and present advances in knowledge science, creativity support systems, decision support systems, and emerging information technologies.
KICSS 2026 welcomes original research contributions, practical applications, case studies, and emerging ideas that advance the understanding and development of knowledge, information, and creativity support systems. The conference particularly encourages interdisciplinary research connecting knowledge management, creativity, decision making, organizational learning, artificial intelligence, and collaborative innovation.
Publication & Submission
KICSS 2026 offers two independent submission tracks, allowing authors to choose the publication venue that best suits their research.
The Conference Track follows the standard KICSS conference review process and is managed through EasyChair.
The Journal Track is independently managed through the IEICE submission system and follows the journal review process. It provides authors with the opportunity to publish their work in a Special Issue of an IEICE Transaction journal through the standard journal peer-review process.
To maximize publication opportunities, papers submitted to the Journal Track that are not accepted for publication in the Special Issue may be recommended by the editors for transfer to the Conference Track.

All submitted manuscripts must be prepared using the official IEICE MS Word template, and authors are requested to follow the formatting instructions provided in the template. Manuscripts that do not conform to the required format may be returned to the authors for revision prior to the review process.

Follow the guidelines in The Information for Authors and use the IEICE Style File - the same IEICE format used for the Conference Track. The preferred length is 8 pages for a PAPER and 2 pages for a LETTER.
Reviewing for this special section is conducted in a single-blind manner. Authors do not need to anonymize their manuscripts, and the identities of the reviewers remain confidential.

Authors must agree to the Copyright Transfer and Page Charge Agreement via electronic submission. The publication fee is the responsibility of each author.
The Journal Track operates under the ISS Symposium and Journal Dual Submission scheme, run jointly with KICSS 2026.

Venue
On the banks of the Chao Phraya River - Bangkok, Thailand
KICSS 2026 will be held at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside, on the eastern bank of the Chao Phraya River. The hotel opened as the Menam Riverside Hotel in 1986 and was subsequently rebranded as part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
Set on 3.5 acres of land with 285 meters of river frontage, it offers 501 rooms and suites combining contemporary design with Thai elements - from 36 m² rooms up to 170 m² suites with views of the river, pool, or the city skyline.
Organization
KICSS 2026 is organized by a joint Thai-Japanese committee drawn from universities and research institutes across both countries.
